Los sabores de Shanghai Station llevancasi cinco añoshaciéndolo desde sus flamantes cuatro locales con los platos más representativos de su país y zonas vecinas. Gracias a ellos descubrimosingredientes tan versátiles como el loto, con el que desarrollan varios platos exquisitos utilizando desde la raíz a la hoja. Su oferta está muy cuidada, elaborada con buena materia prima y una relación calidad-precio excelentey ha conquistado los paladares de quienes ya los conocen. Ahora, una de sus sedes se desmarca e incorpora una oferta de lujo, más exclusiva, con sugerencias más sofisticadas y dos menús degustación. ¿Probamos?

Torreznos chinos de SHANGAI STATION JUAN BRAVO

El de Juan Bravo ya era un local con encanto, con su íntima y acogedora -casi clandestina-sala al bajar unas escaleras coronadas por una claraboya. La vegetación, sello de la firma, aquí luce sobremanera, tanto en el interior como en su atractiva terraza en pleno bulevar, ideal para las noches de verano. Siendo tan especial, las novedades más gourmet de la casatenían que estrenarse aquí:Agridulce de tomates cherry, Espinacas con salsa cremosa de sésamo, Costillas de cerdo con Chao Fan crujiente, Pollo Pekín, Torrezno chino con salsa Hoisin, Soft-shellcrab al estilo Bi feng tang, o Niam Gao (pasta de arroz) salteada con panceta y verduras, entre otras, son las sorpresas con las que se encontrarán ahora los incondicionales de la zona.

 

¿Quién quiere probarlo -casi- todo?

Y para quienes no sean capaces de elegir oles apetezca disfrutar de muchos de ellos en la misma visita, han diseñado dos menús degustación con gran parte de esta oferta, uno por 30 y otro por 40 €, con tres entrantes, tres principales y postre. Entre esas novedades se cuelan también en los menús sus exitosos dumplings o el Arroz Waipo… eso sí, el toque dulce en ambos es el bestseller de la casa: la Revolución del plátano.

Todos los locales de Shanghai Station (www.shanghaistation.es) a excepción del de Las Tablas y Cuatro Torres, que no abre los domingos por la tarde, tienen el mismo horario de cocina: de 12:00 a 16:30 y de 19:00 a 23:00 horas, pero la sala no cierra durante la sobremesa o para tomar una copa o cóctel. El precio medio es de 35 €,con estas nuevas propuestas. Tienen menú ejecutivo semanal con 5 primeros y 5 segundos a elegir, con un acompañamiento, bebida y postre o café por 14’90 €. Toda su oferta se puede pedir para recoger o a domicilio en las principales plataformas de delivery. Los aforos de los diferentes locales son: Arturo Soria – 80 entre sus dos terrazas, una totalmente abierta y otra cubierta y 80 en sala; Juan Bravo – 40 en el bulevar y 100 en el interior; Las Tablas 90 dentro del restaurante y 20 fuera; y 80 en el interior de Cuatro Torresy 40 en la terraza a los pies de los gigantes de cristal.Además, habrá próximas aperturas en el centro de Madrid y en Boadilla del Monte.
